Return & Exchange Policy – Rahma Couture

At Rahma Couture, we care about your experience from the very first touch until your favorite piece reaches you 💖
That’s why we’ve created a simple return policy in case there’s any issue with your order.

🛍️ How does the return or exchange process work?

Once you receive your item from the delivery agent, if you notice any defect or mistake in the dress, please contact us immediately.

We’ll kindly ask you to send us photos showing the issue — via WhatsApp or Instagram.

Once we review the problem, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item from your address.

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either replace it with the same one or resolve the issue in the way that suits you best 💌

📌 Important Notes:

Returns are only accepted in cases where there’s a defect or issue with the item.

The item must be in its original condition — unused and unwashed.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or altered pieces.
